Had one of these since 2009 - bulletproof.

      same, really quality backpack

  • Warranty: Lifetime

What does that actually mean? The lifetime of the bag? If so, how many years is that exactly? And what does the warranty actually cover?

    • +3

Your product has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, misuse or neglect of the product, normal wear and tear, or repairs beyond the warranty period.

      Lifetime warranty, excludes everything.

Lol, So basically just your standard warranty

    • The lifetime of the customer's gullibility.

    • I had them honour It in the past when I had failure of things like zips and stitching. I have this bag and I really trust the High Sierra brand after positive experiences with warranty.

  • Im wondering how these would go for school backpacks?
Anyone have used them in that way?

    • +1

Yes a friend has had one for years. They could last for up to 5 years with regular school use, although they don't look great after that time.

      • Thank you for the reply
Think I'll but the bullet for the kidlets

  • Interesting that these are an American model, they are not on the High Sierra website in Australia. Maybe they are discontinued?
