Negging due to major issue with retailer. Store Rep consistently demonstrates reluctance to respect Member grievances. Many here have been burned by this mob!
A lot of their stock is sold as new but are stores returns/sample etc that have been on many feet before yours!
I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole. They have personally ripped me off and had the gall to argue rudely on the phone about it!
