Budget Action Cam/Body Cam That Can Be Used to Live Stream?

I am looking for a budget, meaning Chinese brand of action cam/body cam That can be used as a body cam to continuously record when in certain situations and live stream to Facebook Live or Youtube or both, through phone or on its own, I know some have this ability already. If it has 4k It is a bonus.

I have a Xiami Yi which I was looking at using for this purpose but it randomly stopped working and won't even turn on after sitting in a camera bag for a year! A common issue apparently so I am hoping to try another brand.

    Android phone of some form?

    Cheap, built in 4G/Wifi, native ability to use Youtube/Facebook etc. Battery bank in a pocket and you've got an extended power source.

    Having a dedicated camera streaming to a phone for relaying to the internet seems like one more place it'll stop working. Cut out the middleman!

      How much bandwidth to stream 4k? I suspect that will be the cost limiting factor for any non-wifi solution.

        I wasnt planning on that, but if theres a camera that has 4k that would be a bonus for certain things. Ideally id like one that works well to be recording for personal security reasons, that also has the possibility of streaming to facebook or youtube.

      I tried that, but my phone fell out of my pocket and got scratched while on my bike so figured it would be good to have one on helmet thats always on. maybe if theres a way to mount a phone on your body it would be ok. I dont think mounting it to my helmet would be possible.

    An old iPod touch tethered to your smartphone or a 4G dongle thing? Or just your smartphone.

    I was hoping there would be camera geeks here who knew whats around. I know many of them now have the feature of broadcasting to youtube and facebook live. even some very cheap ones on ebay but I would prefer a more known one that's documented as sometimes they have buggy apps and things. Really disappointed with Xiaomi Yi just becoming bricked by having it in my bag! Have barely used it so it's disappointing.
