$20 for the year, with campus collection for weekdays and weekend delivery between 21/02/2011 and 27/11/2011. Full 7 day delivery between 28/11/2011 to 19/02/2012.

Good deal if you could get your kid to pick up the paper on weekdays. The Age home delivered thursday to sunday for $49 for 52 weeks is a better deal.

It didn't work for me too. I tried to renew mine. Been getting this subscription for $20 for the past 2-3 years :)
I subscribed last year, but never got the weekend home delivery.
They only delivered to me a total of 4 times last year.
What are the benefits for getting a news paper as a university student rather than just looking at news on the internet? I'm not being sarcastic by the way, I'm just curious if it's beneficial for university in anyway.
The internet never covers even a quarter of what's in the paper.

You can evolve the way the HS empire desires, trains are full of thugs, public education is causing poverty, exceeding the speed limit by 2km/h kills babies and kittens, watching and believing Today Tonight/ACA, the future is all doom n gloom, Oprah is relevant and daylight savings causes faded curtains and more water wastage.

I renewed by calling them but they said it was $25 not $20. Should get them for false advertising.

I highly recommend this, I've got it for the past two years and will renew for this year. It's good because you get the free home delivery on the weekends, and once the uni year ends, you get free home delivery daily across all of summer.
Got this last year which apparently included monday to sunday home delivery during summer holidays for $10 extra. They never delivered a single newspaper. During the terms they were very irregular with weekend delivery. Sometimes I got it, most of the time I didn't.
Not a fan of the Herald Sun or the Limited News empire but this is a good price.
Signed up again. Did it last year and was well worth it.
