Received ripped parcel from Aliexpress. Mobile phone is not inside the parcel anymore

I ordered a redmi 5 plus from aliexpress, with xiaomi earphone.

I've received a parcel in a bubble,wrapped in a black wrapper. Inside the black wrapper, the bubble has been already ripped, and the mobile phone is not inside the parcel,only the earphone.

Is there anything I can do? The reason I bought this phone is because it's cheap and I am too poor to buy another phone at the moment, and my current mobile phone is borderline unusable.

      aliexpress is crap for issues like this. I had an issue with a $10 item and after a complaint, aliexpress said the seller was 'right' and that was that!?

      I'm like WHAT!?

      I have. I am waiting for their reply. I am just considering my options at the moment since I really need the mobile phone at the moment

        I mean, you bought this off of AliExpress so you know their delivery times. If you need a mobile "at the moment", they can't help. They can only resend or refund.

    Next time u just tell them u never receive your order and request for refund.( But u have to wait bit longer for claim it .)

    Ali express doesnt release payments to sellers until the buyer confirms receipt. Contact AE straightaway.

    Why did you accept a package that looks to be tampered with, you should of refused delivery.

      The package was delivered and placed on my door step. I couldn't refused it in person.

      And also, It didn't look to be tampered since it's wrapped in the black wrapper. I only recognized that the phone was not there when I opened the package and the bubble wrap has already been ripped.

    Not surprising. I am presuming your article came via Singapore post it transhiooed through there. Lots of organised crime i
    Within the export of post. Every day at work we would receive atleast one bag sliced open and contents removed.

    Not sure what your recourse is with Ali express though. If the person In the mail chain was doing their job, when receiving in the bag of mail at the arrival port, they should have recorded the bag as tampered with or violated. Then the articles inside would be scanned as such as well if damaged, and receiver would be notified etc.

    Seems like your article was missed if the mail bag was violated. This is presuming the item was taken prior to arrival in and and not by the delivery driver.

    I have just taken 3 months LSL but if you shoot me the article ID I'll ask a mate to see what they can tell me about the article.

      And also about the " when receiving in the bag of mail at the arrival port, they should have recorded the bag as tampered with or violated", the dark mail bag was clearly tampered, but then I guess they put it back using adhesive tape.
