I also find it somewhat surprising that groups like The Wilderness Society are suggesting we import Evolve, Canon 100 and Fuji Xerox Recycled Supreme paper from overseas instead, when doing so has a has a higher carbon footprint than locally produced paper.

Anyone received their order yet? Mine came today both boxes cover were sorta ripped and damaged, one of the box had a corner ripped opened and the corner of half a reem is damaged.

for others that receive poor items call 1800 251 311 then press 3 for online orders, then 3 for all other enquires.
dont accept the time because then you'll have to pay for postage to send it back!!!!!
return authorisation will be given via email, but dont worry about it…. its just so the guys at the warehouse know what to do with it when it gets back to them.
if this is how plain old paper is treated, i wonder how other items are received by people :(.
