Try a different browser? There is an xml call to check the validity of the code. It wasnt working in a bunch of browsers today. Suggest trying another browser and seeing if it fixes it. Try incognito/private as well.
Same thing happened to a few customers today. they went through chat were told the code should work and to try a different browser. Worked for some. 51 odd orders today.
asked live chat and got shot down. good luck to others who may have better luck
