Just want to know about the reliability of them. You can buy them from stores like Jaycar and the 4wd Supacentre too but they appear to be the same units that can be had cheaper on ebay.
Any feedback on them would be appreciated. I'm obviously not expecting the build quality of a real Go Pro but if they do a decent job and last a while I'll be happy.

Even though you're buying a clone, my recommendation is to buy something that is branded in some way so you can youtube reviews and samples. If the only thing printed on it is 4K, its going to be trash because the manufacturer isn't even trying to get repeat business.
In Thailand, the SJCAM range is a very popular GoPro clone - they are available in their country-wide camera retail chains and photography stores. Here's a 4 way comparison of their devices. Yes, you're paying like 100 bucks instead of 40 bucks for one (not that I've checked pricing in Aus), but I'd rather have some idea of what result/quality I'd get:
