Brand new over refurb anyday especially for $19 more.
over the weekend I bought a gen 6 ipad 32Gb for $428 price matched at david jones and paid with 10% off gift cards from entertainment book. Paid $385 total.
I would consider getting the newer one for lightly more. but you could possibly get the 5th gen cheaper then that.. no deal. I would want to be paying closer to $300
