I think the tracking info is fake
From the TinyDeals thread, it seems that they were right and it was a (profanity) up on AusPost's side, because people did eventually get them, and they were tracked as being posted out and received in Australia fairly quickly - just sat in some AusPost warehouse for a long time apparently.
Still waiting for my item since April 2nd. Won't use again
Upon review of the tracking ID within our internal systems, there is no scan to support that the item has arrived into the country.
When a parcel from overseas arrives, it still needs to be processed at the Australian Gateway prior to it being released to Australia Post.
To progress forward, you will need to make contact with your sender so they may raise these concerns to the postal service used to send the item.
Yeah, I'm still waiting on mine. Didn't get any tracking with it though. Sort of given up on it now.
