Mini ITX LGA775 motherboard

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a Mini ITX motherboard with integrated graphics. It's going to be needed to house the following things:

Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16ghz / stock cooler
2x1 GB DDR2 800mhz RAM
1TB HDD
PCIE 1x Pinnacle TV tuner card
DVI or HDMI port. HDMI is not terribly important.

Max budget: probably around $100

So far I've managed to find a $99 one on eBay but the postage to Australia is $45.. a bit too steep.

Any suggestions for a local, cheaper alternative?

      I just realised that it only has VGA, so it doesn't quite fit your requirements. :(

  might be a better bet if it's actually available (but same model, so same lack of digital output).
