So I saw this deal (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/384550) and made a purchase. I had some intial problems logging into my newly created account. But when I finally could log in, I noticed the order page had no history of orders despite just making one.
I received no confirmation email from gamesdeal—nothing. The only email I received was an email receipt from PayPal saying that the payment had been made.
I thought maybe there was just a delay, but after a few hours and still nothing, I emailed them. I got a reply saying:

Sorry to say that we didn't find any order from you with this email address.
Please provide the shipping email and your order number for our reference.

I’ve since emailed them 3 more times saying that I never received a confirmation email despite having made an order and having paid. The funds have been taken from my PayPal account, and the payment was made to GIory Profit International Limited ([email protected]). The payment shows the item numbers in the description (of the Xbox Live code), so yes I made an order. Having been put off by all of this, I requested to just get a refund, but I’ve since not received any further replies.
I have no idea what is going on, but something clearly went wrong at their end on their system, and now I feel like I’m being ignored. I can’t believe how dodgy this whole purchase has been.
Well, claim with Paypal. Should be easy when the seller confirms there's literally no order.
Did you use another email address to sign up perhaps?
