    I've had a free trial of Quickflix and it seems pretty good. Let's see how that goes when I terminate the account.

        it's not free, only the first 6 weeks are free…

        it's a subscription, that's why they require payment details…

  I have had a free trial, Glad I did. They had a good selection but experienced two problems.
  A number movies of movies were high demand or long wait so I ended up waiting months for the DVD.
  More importantly, we always sent back the DVD but one of them went missing in the post.
  You get charged $30 for the DVD and a $10 admin fee.
  What can you do? Nothing much, just cough up.
  I guess the longer your with them, the more chance 1 will go missing.
  Just something to consider…

      I tried bigpond movies - waiting list for movies was too long and a lot of the disks are badly scratched, Quickflix is way way better
