eBay Account Hacked

Apparently one of my eBay account was "attacked" according to an eBay rep. I was trying to regain access to it via chat and the rep eventually said I'll have to ring up their call centre so they can verify it over the phone. I asked how they would verify and they said ask questions about the account over the phone.

Anyone gone through this before and have any ideas as to what they ask? It was a semi-fake account that I used a bit recently and would like to gain it back, but I can't remember if I had to enter details like birth dates etc when opening it! lol

      In didn't ask if OzBargain can help me verify. I asked if people had gone through the process before to see what kind of details I need to provide. My semi-fake eBay account is an account I created in order to expand my chances of receiving various eBay codes and offers as many other OzBargainers have done….

      The rep I spoke to via chat said it was attacked and compromised and I'd have to call up to get verified over the phone.

      I'm also wondering if they figured it was a secondary account seeing as I used similar details to my other accounts.
