Hi. After the recent popular Anova deal, i was looking at a vacuum sealer and came across this one. The price seems good compared to other units from Harvey Norman or eBay, though i can’t vouch for the quality of the unit. I have purchased one myself, so hopefully i won’t be too disappointed- vacuum sealers seem a little hit and miss going by reviews, even the more expensive ones..

Anyhow, i hope this helps someone.

      I just pull the pouch flat and the Aldi one sucks it well.

  This looks exactly the same as the Luvele one I bought a while back on eBay here. With the 'PULL5' coupon, it's the same price. Wait for an eBay 10-20% code and you're ahead. The Luvele one also comes with 4 rolls of bag. So the original price on OP's one is highly inflated.

  It's a good unit, by the way. I use it every couple of weeks to vacuum seal for the Anova Sous Vide. I really like the roll holder and cutter built into the unit.
