Massage chair from Korea

Hi I have a massage chair from Korea and would like to use here in Australia. I am afraid that the electric current/voltage/watt difference will damage the chair and was looking at purchasing a transformer? Coul someone please show me what the best transformer is? Thank you in advance.

    Jaycar or Altronics.

  • Korea is 220v at 60Hz. Your chair probably does 50/60Hz (check the name plate data - your chair may even be 110-220v). If so, you just need a plug adaptor (Australia is 230v, but 10% either way is not going to matter and is within allowed tolerances). My wife is Korean and we have many products that work fine here.
