  I'm thinking about shift from my current supplier Flexihosting, as they don't have a phone presence in Australia and new plans do not have parked domains. How long had you been in business, and how do you handle site to site migrations?

  Also what is 'personal account manager' ?

    Great - our services are 100% in Sydney and the above plans are for our Sydney Datacentre - we are only young and have been in business just under a year!

    We are more than happy to assist in transfers free of charge - simply lodge a ticket, call or message us anytime for us to start the process.

    Every GoPlex client receives their own personal account manager - essentially, it is someone you can directly call, message or email if you have any troubles. The idea here is consistency and availability - so if you have a single person looking after your account, then there's no need for repetitive questions and we can get a better understanding of your plans/business. The personal account manager will be the representative that will assist in website transfers and all the rest that comes with hosting a website!
