Farmed in Thailand…no thanks. We're blessed with amazing seafood in Australia. I only buy local.
Are you serious? Damn didn't know that. Hope they don't inject their prawns like the vietnamese did.
But where to buy a local made frozen gyoza?
Yep these are intensively farmed in Thailand & will use a tonne of antibiotics/chemicals.
I only eat gyoza in restaurants & invariably the vegetable variety for this reason. That being said, I’m sure if you veer away from the main supermarkets & have a look at more specialist places you may have some luck e.g. GE Foods, IGA
Oh heck, i Just bought 2 packs. Chems here come to papa.
Buy now worry later (ozb's motto) lol!
I've just been doing some digging around & as expected, most brands sold are “Made in Australia but with imported ingredients”…
However, I have just found this brand, which looks perfect! Enjoy.
Thanks OP. + you for KB's Prawn Gyoza.
PS: always steam this, never ever microwave it. :P
