Agree, but none available at 20% off for Australian stock
Insurance says 3rd party with no further detail. This probably means if you damage other property not if you fly your drone backwards into a tree (unless the tree claims). DJI Care is hundreds of dollars and does cover your drone for accidental damage, I don't think that's what they're offering.
Further information on the 3rd party cover. It sound like third party cover for car insurance.

I think this is in USD and you are only eligible for 2 replacement per year.
I also think you need to be able to send the damaged Mavic back to them. It does not cover Mavics that goes missing.This Insurance is free, you can also buy the DJI one if you want
I have a insured mavic pro that landed in a lake. Tried to find many times and offered $300 reward to get back so I can claim insurance.
Chances of loss vs damage is much higher. Insurance isn't worth it as they can take big hits and be ok. One wrong move and its lost and insurance is useless
I've gone through 2 x mavic pro for 2018. Ducks to be me.u might as well post GPS coordinates, and start a OzBargain fishing trip :)
How do you lose one in a lake? I thought they had in-built safety measures to prevent that.
Was it the one on Fraser island by any chance? :-)
