Cheap Night and Weekend Parking in The Brisbane CBD

Is there any cheap parking for occasional parking on the weekends and weeknights? $7 is the going rate at Myer Centre, Wilson Parking and Wintergarden (after racq codes)? I know about $5 parking at King George Square but that's not prebooked so there's a chance you might not have a park once you get there.

Is there any prepay credit you can get cheaper from Cudo or GroupOn?

    You can park on the street for free. Otherwise King George square has plenty of room unless there is a major event (NYE, Riverfire, etc.) going on.

      • Depends on where, some of the CBD spaces are paid until 7pm Sat / Sun, last I checked. Actually finding a space can be a challenge though.

      Weekend parking is till 7pm metered and on weeknights it's till 10pm metered.

        If KGS is full the Wickam Tce council carpark has the same offer.

      I wanna know why you think KGS has plenty of room.

      I've been there on odd occasions on the weekend and every time, around 9am the car park is already full and they're not letting anyone in. It's weird.

      I have to sit there for like 5 minutes to get a ticket, then I have to find a park which is another 15minutes.
