I boycotted Sydney tools years ago. They sold me two dud machines and refused to replace them.
The told me to bring them in for repair (they were less than a week old). They hung on to them for months with no communication.
They claimed to have fixed them but when I finally got them back still didn't work properly.
Cost me around $1500 and months of stress.
All the staff were extremely rude as though it was my fault and frequently lying to me.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
It made me wonder if they buy factory seconds or something.
It's a shame because sometimes they have good deals and a large variety of products.
I have never bought anything from them since and urge others to do the same.
Badly worded from OP it's not cash back its store credit like tgg do all the time.
It can't be used to buy Milwaukee or festool products.
What a joke, Milwaukee is what I wanted to buy
