All TVs from Sony's EBay store are marked as "second".
Generally speaking, is there actually something wrong with the TV or just damaged packaging?
Can you return/exchange the TV at a Sony store if there is something wrong?

Depends on whats wrong with it, as they declared its a 'seconds' you can't return it for small marks etc, as thats assumed with a second.

By the looks of it the TVs are really refurbished, which is not worth the potential hassle for a small saving.
