We are really really sorry about how it has come across.
Wish we could retract back the email and start all over again.We thought a runner's up prize of a further discount was still a win hence the title.
We had the best of intentions with it and now realize the subject line and body text could have been written way better. Appreciate everyone writing back and >letting us know its a s**t way of writing it and keeping us in check.
This is our first time doing this, so still learning. We have learnt big time on this one.
