Winter mens jackets, knitwear and long sleeves (business + business casual)

Hi everyone,

I'm not too old so I mainly have casual winterwear in my closet and just have a few jackets plus sweaters which are formal. I think I'd like to get a nice sweater/cardigan, saw this on Amazon don't know who Pual Jones is but looks a fair price.

Haven't even dared to look at those heavy overcoats which are all 100+ range.

So where do you guys suggest to look and shop? I know end of financial year sales are comming, which places should I look at and what prices should I expect?

Thanks and looking forward to modestly looking good and feel warm this winter.

      Haha sorry, 18-25 range. Haven't entered full time career yet, soon will so can't spend $300 on a jacket. I'm slim in build.

        Sweaters/cardigans might look too old for you. Try them on first before buying just in case you don't like the look.

    I inherited a cardigan almost identical, but in beige, from my grandfather when he passed away at the age of 94.
    It is a very nice garment, but I am shamed by the kids so don’t wear it outside the house!

      That's a shame, I like the beige colour, kinda waiting till I get older so it looks good on me haha. If you go out by yourself like to the shops why not wear it, if it makes you happy 😀

    CT Shirts or Tm Lewin for jackets and coats

    Armani or Ralph Lauren if you can afford it.

      I got shirts from TM Lewin on sale very happy, know how much jackets go for when on sale, if ever?

    I would say take a look at the stock stake sale at Myer if you're not too sure what you like.

    This will give you a chance to try on in person.

    The prices aren't too bad…

    Ozsale maybe? There's a pretty good sale on David Jones branded clothing on there right now, i've got a few things and they're good

      Yeah, the website is pretty confusing, did find a mens business wear but prices seem normal $100 mark.
      Though the David Jones brand is cheap, are there any other brands in ozsale which are less expensive than the usual brands David Jones keep.
