Anyone know where to get them? Note that I'm talking about a two piece set, one piece mounts onto motherboard (or pci-e card) using a tiny threaded hole and the other is a "flat top" screw to attach one end of the m.2 device to the other piece using another threaded hole.
My M.2 is held in with double-sided tape… Mostly because there is no mounting screw for the long variety.
Got them from Bunnings. Was a bit long but cut down to length.
Correct size is CM2x3-3.3

Generic PC stuff is 3mm for the drives, and then an imperial screw (coarser thread) for the case & standoffs (sometimes 3mm), except the fans that have different screws. And the screws holding the connectors are some other imperial thread. I'm sure it made sense at the time.
Laptops are all metric, at least these days. Usually 2.5mm, sometimes thinner.

i never got one with my mobo or m2 drive. so i just used a bit of tape. after 3 years, no worries.
