No sugar, no thanks. It’s like going to maccas for a salad
I used to think like that mate. But there's a craptonne of sugar in full strength Coke.
No good drinking that much sugar :(.
Insights from a Coke addict:-
Unit pricing sucks. $ per L is the correct unit pricing to allow easier comparison to Coles/Woolies.
Being that cans are 375ml:
375 x 30 = 11.25L
$17.50/11.25L = $1.56 per L.
@ $1.56 per L, that puts it a little cheaper than Coles/Woolies pricing when they have it on sale every 2nd week or so.
Plus vote for the price, but the inconvenience of going to Big W separately when I can just get it with the groceries takes the shine off it.
$19.75 in NSW, SA and NT.
Also they're $19.95 at Costco at the moment. I grabbed one today. If I'm going to drive as far as the nearest Big W is from my house then I'm going to Costco. They keep closing ones near me.
$17.50 is a good deal nonetheless.
