Looking for a Cheap Data Plan for Tablet

Any recommendations for a cheap 6 month or yearly data plan for a tablet? Looking for about 3 gb per month.
One option is to use the Belong sim (bought at half price) and bank the initial data then switch to a lower plan. Any other suggestions?

    Vodafone has been doing some very good offers recently.

    It has been $25 for a $50 prepaid SIM that lasts for 6 months and has been offering 35GB of data which more than meets your requirements and is less than the Belong deal even at full price.
