It was damaged before shipping, the cardboard box is intact, no sign of any damage on it.

Speak to the seller. I would expect to receive an undamaged product. This may sound obvious but have you tried to clean the mark off?

This is exactly what happened. It was damaged before shipping, the cardboard box has no sign of damage to it.
if you look up reviews for sports direct you'll notice they are not good.
pretty much everyone complains about them. and you'll likely have to pay for shipping according to every review.Your best bet is to go through your credit card company to get your money back.

SD offered 20% refund, I declined and requested full replacement.
Contact them and see what they offer.
