I was sent this offer via ebay message

did everything as required and asked them where my voucher was? They said I wasn't targeted and I would have got the voucher if I was targeted.
Checked my ebay messages and that message has been deleted by them. Anyone else have this experience?
Next time something like this happens I will take screenshot as I never knew ebay can delete messages from your ebay inbox and actually do it
Yes,
I have had this happen before. Message disappeared from my inbox and eBay denied all knowledge of it. I know I sound like a crazy person when I try to explain this to people so mostly I've just kept my mouth firmly shut, but it really did happen.
Edit: It actually disappeared from my inbox shortly before expiry. Then when I went to use it I realised it was gone.
