Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 (pro) - best deal?

My note 3 has served me well but lately started acting funny in the hardware sense…
Looking to upgrade to the new predecessor - black unit 4GB/64GB
Band 28 would be nice for future proofing (using Kogan ATM) but not absolutely necessary.
Any leads on a bargain?

    Try gearbest, recently bought the 32gb/3gb version of the upgraded chinese version (just called redmi note 5 but basically a pro with a better camera) for 260$.

        I'd hardly say $260 is a premium price for the upgraded chinese version. Will likely be several months before price falls significantly lower and by then you'll have to pay gst on it which will eat away any savings.There was this deal which was a really good price but as i understand it that was actually the indian version not the chinese one
