I was a member of Crunch Fitness but left a few years ago.
I receive their SMS promo from time to time so I decided to opt-out as it can be quite annoying. It didn't seem to work as they are still sending promos to me through SMS.
Is there any way that I can stop it, if not report them or something?

Seriously, why not just contact Crunch Fitness first instead of trying to make a huge drama out of nothing?
While it may be a fairly nothing matter, Crunch Fitness are big enough to know about anti spam laws.
I have no doubt they know about the anti-spam laws, hence they offer the opt-out solution.
Sometimes things don't necessarily go right for whatever reason (especially with technology) and contacting the company first would be the sensible thing to do. If they refuse to do anything, THEN escalate through to the relevant authorities.

Same, I'm only getting like one a year though. Best to block using the phone's inbuilt system if you have it.
