Yahoo!7 has today announced it has acquired online deals and voucher website Spreets.
Spreets was the first group buying site in Australia and New Zealand and has been in operation for almost a year.
Its website spreets.com.au boasts more than 500,000 members who have purchased more than 274,000 vouchers.

On the other hand Victa Lawncare — the maker of popular lawn mowers based in Queensland — sold to Briggs & Stratton in 2008 for merely $23 million. WTF is going on here?!

I think OzBargain is worth more then 40m$, with the way deals running out quick after post here.
yeah, but if it got really commercial, the site would die very quickly.
