Bubble gum flavour is free, included, in the burger combo deluxe. That's new.
$2 charge to any other flavour.
For a while, the choc mint was included, but they then took it off and added a $2 charge for that also.
The bubble gum flavour was…..average at best.
@Flyntos: As a life hack I swap out the ingredients to convert this to a Kentucky burger for an extra $1.50.
My main issue that the popcorn chicken doesn't have much value, usually you get a chicken piece in the box. Still a good deal though, I like the fact it doesn't come with a drink.
I got the $10 24 nuggets yesterday and I ate all 24 of them. That's good value right? Yeh?
the question to ask is not about the nuggets - it's about what sauces you got? Super charged is what i normally go for :)

I don't like super charge, it feels like a much sweeter version of BBQ sauce and I can't handle sweet.
Tbh for that amount of stuff, I rather to go Hungry jacks and order a super stunner

I reckon, the dinner roll is there to avoid the hassle of ordering the 250ml cans for only a week.
If you want a 375ml you can get it with the box for $5.95 but yeah, i don't think they'd wanna put the effort into ordering cans for just a week.

So, as a KFC employee, what do you really think about people who use the Free Chips & Drinks with Feedback feature?
as a fellow customer that uses it, I think its wonderful. Surprisingly I never see anyone else use it. I guess thats good, if everyone uses it, then they will probably change it.
It's a shame that they heavily promote the KFC app by giving out offers/discounts, but don't incorporate the survey into it.
I've always handed my receipts at the counter or drive through window with an app order.
And always split any order, to get a free drink/chips with each meal/combo over $5 worth.
I pay through the app to save time and don't line up at all. It would be great if you can go to your order history, and participate in survey directly from the app with date/time/store number etc all pre-filled. Next time you make an order, it will let you select 'survey' promo and you get free chips/drink with minimum order.
We really like them. All stores have targets they need to hit regarding these surveys. And it shows people are giving us feedback about what we need to improve on.
Shame a KFC I visited ran out of chicken!

pity Box Hill Vic store never seemed to take any notice of my complaints in the survey, but i was only in it for the free stuff, i even said that on the survey comments once lol. That store closed end of last year anyway, tho i think it was real estate issues, not that their service/products were very hit & miss to say the least.
dont do the survey in that case and just put random numbers
