Oral B Triumph Duo Electric Toothbrush - Shaver Shop

60

I have just spent the morning shopping for a new electric toothbrush and thought I would share my research and subsequent bargain!

Myer and Priceline had the Oral B Triumph for $179.

The Shaver Shop had the Oral B Triumph for $139.95 which included a bonus hand set (Duo). So you get two for a lower price than the other stores are selling 1. Bargain!

Myer said that they had the two handset promotion but had recently sold out….however they were still selling this at $179.

What I love about this new model is the base station comes apart so you can take the "power" part out and wash the rest in the dishwasher. I have always hated trying to clean the base station, they get so manky.

Hope this helps someone out!

  • PRICE CHANGE TODAY

I just called the Indooroopilly store and was told the store price has gone back to $159 today. So buy online (the store person told me they change online prices on the 31st), or ask them to match the online price which Indooroopilly are doing.

  • Online price now at $179.95

  • oooohhh….what bad luck. Even so, Myer have sold out of these two handset packs so $179 for two isn't all that bad.

  • I got one for $139 today, seems a good price with two handsets (it was the handset that started playing up in my last Braun toothbrush after many years of use, so having a backup is good). However the price goes back to normal on Wednesday, according to the store, so this can probably be marked as expired now.

    • you are going to love this brush. I can't believe how clean my teeth feel. I also had a braun that was starting to die and needed replacing.

  • I went to Highpoint (Vic) yesterday and popped into the Shaver shop to check the price and these are still marked as $139.95. The website is still show $179 though. It is worth looking in the store.

  • just after this special ended, my missus' oral-b 3d packed it in.

it was a choice of either replacing hers with the same model at $79.95, but since she's been trying to get me to switch to an electric anyway the duo seemed like a good idea.

so we dropped in to shaver shop (WA) last night, they had the triumph duo for $179.95 with an extra 4 pack of regular brush heads.
since she had a pack left from her old brush, they then offered $159.95 without extra brush heads (regular price it seems according to gummibears post), and in the end we ended up paying $149.95.

  • I just bought a Triumph toothbrush plus free bonus handle at $128.99 online at pulsepharmacy.com.au. Delivery is free if you spend over $140 (so just buy something that you usually buy anyways to get free delivery), or if not you pay just $5.45 delivery.

If you don't need the free handle, I saw one for $109 plus 6.95 delivery at www.powerbuys.com.au (not sure how reputable the website is, I trust pulse pharmacy a lot more, given I know they have brick and mortar pharmacies everywhere…).

I think they're both pretty good deals.

    Enjoy!
