Got an email from Zoos Victoria with a 10% promo discount if I renew my membership. Highly worthwhile and recommended to anyone with kids.
Not sure if it applies for new members but you can always try the code. Applies to both new and existing customers. Kid's memberships are free. You can pay via monthly installments without any extra charge.

if you're an exisating member, you need to cancel your recurring payments & then renew your membership.
(it still keeps all your details/payment details, so it's fairly painless).
I tried to cancel but they said I can't. Have to wait until the end of 1 year membership subscription
Isn't the idea of these things to support the zoo? If so, why do people want to get a discount in order to help less?
Entice more people to support the zoo - more visitors/members means more funds overall and better care. It's only a small discount. It's the same reason why they have an unlimited visit membership instead of capping your visits. It helps generate popularity and awareness. Blow bubbles not balloons :)
