I don't understand how you worked out 10 days at $45.00 or $5.00 per day after 10 or more days?
Using a 10 day period, I get $69.00 which is reduced to $62.10 with the 10% discount = $6.21 per day.
Doing a 19 day period, I get $109.00 which is reduced to $98.10 with the 10% discount = $5.16 per day.
Both examples are 10+ days away (17 days to be exact) from booking date.
