Hey guys!
So, later this year I'm looking at travelling for 2 - 3 months, and the main thing I'm trying to work out now is the best way to move around with my drone…
I was mainly interested in travelling with a backpack, but with a drone in tow I can't find a good balance between a bag suitable for a drone, and also suitable for daily travel items.
About half the trip will be solo, the other half with friends/family. I'd looked at the Manfrotto D1, which suits the Drone needs, but then I'd need to check luggage seperately. On the other hand, I could try find a protective luggage bag to use for the drone and check that, and use my carry one for the regular items.
I'm mostly unsure from which angle to approach it so I was hoping someone might have some good ideas or feedback on bags they've used.
I'll also be carrying with me my GoPro & Stabiliser and DSLR.

Right. My bad… -_- It's a DJI Phantm 3
sell the phantom and, together with the money you save from not buying a backpack, buy a spark….. Phantoms are really not travel drones….
This.
Casey Neistat has spoken about this many times.
Get a mavick pro fly more package and sell the phantom.
You aren't going to be able to do just carry on with that amount of equipment. The DSLR will take up a decent amount of room
@knick007:
Yeah get a mavic pro/air/spark.I fit a mavic pro into a camera case.
The old p4 was like bringing an esky…
