How to Retrieve Photos from iPhone Backup on iMac

Hey Guys,
To cut my long story short. I cannot restore my most recent iphone backup from my imac, itunes keeps telling me it's corrupt.
I updated to the latest mac os and ios and it still says it's corrupt.

So anyone know how I can access my photos directly from the itunes backup, and to make things worst all my iphone back ups are password protected. I know the location of the back folder.

Any suggestions would be good.

    did you type your own title into google?

    Downgrade your IOS to the lowest one possible that is currently signed by Apple.
