Super happy with how Luggage Online resolved this for me- I already received a refund, then heard about the hi-shine. (Which I thought is above and beyond anyway. Sometimes people just run out of stock, and if the numbers in the system weren't right… you don't always anticipate being ozbargained!) They sorted it all out for me and I've a hi-shine on the way. Will definitely shop again. I had been pretty disappointed/cranky to have missed out on the lightning at bagworld, but the hi-shine would have been my preference.
