Could anyone please help me choose a monitor?
I would like them to fit onto a VESA mount.
I'm not a gamer.
I would not mind spending a little extra on something that has small/no bezel, and be relatively thin.
I've been looking through so many on the ebay sales, but can't find a good one for a decent price. I like the Dell InfinityEdge U2417H, but for the price ($325), it just doesn't seem worth it at all as I am looking to buy more than one.
Please help!!
I totally understand about wanting a VESA compatible monitor. I had the same requirement a few years ago.
Anyway, just commenting that on the few occasions that I've noticed while walking through OW or in my email inbox from various computer places, I've seen 24 inch screens going for 125-150. I remember thinking to myself that these are so much cheaper now than a few years ago… Are these types of screens really far from the quality of the Dell that you're quoting?

If you're not a gamer then I would recommend an IPS panel. IPS panels have the best colour reproduction and best viewing angles, but the refresh rates aren't as good.
I bought a Viewsonic 32" 2k IPS monitor a few months ago for $400 and I love it. It's occasionally on sale for about $350.
