Looking for an external case, with or without a hard drive

So a day after the Harvey Norman deal expires my husband's external case starts failing and he needs to replace it.

Anyone know of any other great deals? If I'm going to get a hard drive included, he would prefer WD, but open to other suggestions, would also prefer USB3.
WDBACW0030HBK would be his ideal choice, but the cheapest on static ice is $278 and they are out of stock anyway.

We need to replace it fairly soon as it's our backup drive.

    My opinion:
    Don't go for 3Tb yet, stay in the 1-2Tb category as they are reasonably priced
    for me, i would buy myself a 2TB 3.5" harddrive(around $100) then buy myself a USB3.0 enclosure(around $30-$50)

      Hmm, the only issue is that we use it for our backups and he wants a reliable case such as "My Book" and (so he informs me) WD do not sell their cases separately
