Looking for Customizable Gift-Boxes (for Packaging) for a Project

Hi fellow Ozbargainers,

I need a bit of assistance with not just finding a bargain, but actually finding a particular product.

I've been trying to do some research to find some gift box packaging for a personal project that I'm doing for uni. I'm trying to create a chocolate 'brand' and so I'm trying to create some designs, then find some boxes to package it (with customizable design printed boxes). But all I can find are really thin cardboard types(like the ones you find for Cadbury 'Celebrations' or the 'Maltezers', whereas I'm looking for some that have a thicker/sturdy type. For example, ones that look like this

I understand I may have to order about 20 minimum (or maybe 50), which is okay.

Anybody got any experiences (or know any good websites) for these boxes?

    These are all fantastic! Thanks for that I wish they sold fewer amounts than by the 1000s. I wonder whether they can also print the designs on the packagings as well.

    I was going to see whether there were any companies that can do it locally, however i'm not sure whether they'd do similar types of packaging or whether they're willing to do it for cheaper than Aliexpress!

      They'll do printing for you, for small runs or simple stuff you just send them a jpg.

      For the 'some assembly required' ones you could probably run them through a printer yourself. 380 GSM is pretty heavy (thick) though, normal paper is 80 GSM.

      If you ask nicely and don't stuff them around they're usually happy to provide samples (20 is a sample), the people with the 1000 order quantities would probably do that. You could look around and probably find someone with smaller order minimums for a similar box.
