Just wondering a good mortgage broker that doesn’t load the rate or knows what they are doing.
I was going to go with loans.com.au but there reviews are not the best.
Any options?

Royal commission should have shown you none of them are interested in helping you but making themselves wealthy
I'm inclined to agree with you… however, I'm also of a mind, that if this mortgage broker can get me a genuinely good deal that I wouldn't otherwise have been able to get, then I totally wouldn't object to them earning off of my business.
If however, I can get a better deal all-on-my-own, then why bother.
There's no cost to seeing a mortgage broker, so you could see a couple, as well as talking to your usual bank directly, and take the best deal you're offered. Take advantage of the broker's expertise and ask them about what hidden fees and such to watch out for, so you can compare the bank's direct offer and don't accidentally sign up for something that turns out to be worse.
For personal stories, I went with Mortgage Choice for my first property, they were amazing, then Aussie for my second and she made a mistake that delayed settlement, so even though she was nice I probably wouldn't go with them again.
Worth seeing a mortgage broker. Just have to bear in mind will put their interests ahead of yours
I did my own research and found a very good deal. Is seeing a broker worth it? Possibly.
I knew exactly what I wanted in a mortgage product so it was easy for me to find the right product.
Maybe I'm wrong but I heard there are some mortgage products that are available to brokers only not direct to you and me.
Also some brokers actually part of big broker group, and they can negotiate better rate with banks (because each month the whole group can send hundred millions dollars applications)
100% recommend Danni at Oxford Street Finance. She was absolutely brilliant. Got our original with her and she's just refinanced for us. Tell her Sam sent you, she's a true gem.
Have you looked at cua, that's who I'm with. It's currently 3.66% offset account, no fees and free annual platinum credit card if it suites you. Only downside I have is redi atms or comm bank because they don't charge.
All Big 4 banks have fee free ATMs now.

Hi,
my home loan will expire soon with Westpac. Any good recommendation for investment loan!!
What do you mean expire? If your Fixed rate ends your loan switches to variable. Harder to refinance loans and change banks these days, especially for investors with multiple properties.
i've been with loans.com.au for years now and never have a problem.
