The other one had the three months free added to it, which is what expired, or was never meant to be offered… the double data was always expiring 20/5.
Just be warned that when I signed up for iPhone X double data promo 2 months ago they haven’t actually able to activate my double data pool. I have been chasing day and night to get it resolved including going through TIO. Very incompetent Optus.
my National Geo app can not verify my eligibility, my data is being deducted for using Google play music which optus advertise as free to music streaming. I am chatting with them daily but the issues are still there. I wish Optus know what they are offering and what they are actually providing.
Are you actually getting billed for GPM usage? It appears in the Optus App but I don't get charged for it
I am new to optus and its my first month ao mot sure if they will charge me but i am sure optus is counting GPM data usage in my total usage.
@randomrandom: Yeah you'll be fine, the My Optus App doesn't really breakdown usage that's included for free.. bit annoying to try and work out what you've actually used, but it's not really a problem unless you go over

I think Optus call center is getting paid by hours they spend talking because it is nearly impossible to solve any simple issue with less than 40min phone call 😂
Yep same, I spent 3 weeks contacting them via phone and their app chat and they wouldn't add it (even though they said they would).
Took it to their social media and got it resolved within a couple of hours.
you know what, come to think of it, my 10GB bonus data has not been showing on my account and i was wondering why; now i am thinking it's a screw up…

I am using Facebook purely for complaints and it is more effective than chat or call. They seem to listen to all posts. I have successfully resolved complex problems within hours which they couldn't resolve in weeks. You need to be very annoyed & bad word of mouth for them on socialmedia for them to listen.
