Not really, even the premium ones are highly processed and full of fillers.
Probably but my 3 dogs when growing up as a kid were all healthy and my mother fed them chum and pedigree. So basically, the worst out. The ones available these days are far superior.

Raw doesn't make a dog aggressive, if they show aggression from a food it is because it is a high value item and it doesn't want to share or give it up.
Some dogs do that with their favourite toy as well.
But being raw-fed doesn't alter its personality.
I feed a mix of human-grade meat, raw bones, veggies and dry food. Seeing the stuff my dog wants to and sometimes successfully eats on walks, kibble is more or less gourmet.
