A better look at what happens to your child's brain when it is exposed to radiation. Experts are saying "The bone marrow of a child’s head absorbs 10 times more radiation than that of an adult, while that of infants and toddlers will absorb even more". Why take the chance? Protect your child with an #R2L and feel comfortable that you're reducing radiation by up to 70%.

    Light IS radiation.

How can you claim to eliminate radiation when your device puts it out?

    Snakeoil.

    Also;
"Radiation from your mobile phone can harm your family."

You better be darn sure thats fact before you state it. This is Australia. Cant claim shit like that without evidience.
And US speculative studies are not…

And the radiation is also actually required to make and receive phone calls…

Yup. I love how someone negged me.

        Light radiation is fact.

Ever left your phone led on in your pocket? Only to feel your leg burn?

But when you grab your phone the led is ice cold?

        Yah…

  • I'd rather have better phone reception than a flashing LED to be honest.

Stick these to your kids' heads?

Yeah, the way its marketed makes it sound like it'd be way more useful built into a hat, than a phone.

Experts hey. Experts in quackery I am sure.

Non-ionising radiation from phones poses no health risk. UV radiation from the sun is a bigger concern. Sell your snake oil elsewhere.

    • At least he sais MAY help. Unlike this one which DOES help /s

Commenting so I can neg this pointless and useless "device".
The science on the effects of milliwatt exposure to Radio Frequency radiation and its impact on biological systems is well and truly in and the results are confidently "no problem".
Stick your head inside an emitting microwave oven pumping out thousands of Watts and it's a different story, but even then pretty well understood.

This would be an interesting one for the ACCC:

This type of thing was all the rage amongst highschoolers about two decades ago.

They came in all sorts of garish designs or cartoon characters; they were small stickers you'd put on the back of your Nokia which would light up everytime you took a call or sent an SMS. Unfortunately, the coils and band pass filters are tuned to absorb a specific range of RF energy, and cell phone RF signals today can be in a very wide range down from 700mhz (Band 28) all the way up to 2400mhz (Band 40).

So this 'filter' is still letting a lot of RF signals through.

Cool at the time but nowadays re-spinned into a $50 dollar accessory. Interesting times indeed.

  • Hahahahaha

  • I have seen in some airport toilets similar lights used to clean the toilet air (or whatever)….would it be using similar tech? Perhaps not…who knows.

    • Ugh wait…I think it is a different product all together lol…

It actually makes me really happy that this has not yielded a single positive vote!
    Go Team Ozbargain!

    • Yet somehow the mods refuse to remove it!
