  • What is this best used for? Do I need this if I already have a tefal fry pan?

Well, I don't know what you'd use it for, but I bought so I could cook meat in the morning without having to dirty up a large pan. Plus the teflon pans I've been using keep breaking down, and apparently that's a little bit poisonous.

It's best for looking good on the shelf.

I moved from various non-stick to cast iron then used them twice before moving to stainless steel fry-pans which I use almost every day now.

Seasoned and used correctly, this would beat any tefal frying pan.

      Knocking some one out.

As per Trantor above, its all about the seasoning. My cast iron is 11 years old now and can sear a steak full of charcoal flavour unlike any non stick.

    Ribbed for your annoyance
