Telstra S9 Pre-Order Bonus Tablet + Fast Charger Screenshot

So I pre-ordered my s9 through telstra before the March 15 cut-off date and have been awaiting the tablet and fast charger eagerly. After talking with a rep today they are 'unable' to find my order and one other rep says I am ineligible for the deal. Does someone still have the T&C or a screenshot or something of the deal? All the googling for cached pages and stuff does not seem to return me any of the results I need.

edit. This is done through our PO and the Telstra rep for the company so trying to get any details is proving difficult at times. They don't want employees other than PO contacting rep and so forth.

      • Thanks heaps for the screenshot. Do you think they would be able to apply T&C not attached to that SMS, like only certain plans? I am thinking as this is through an enterprise deal (through company) they might pull that card and say no deal.

        I put my order in on the 5th. It was through a company rep though, didn't get the we have confirmed your order till after the 15th.         Can't even get to that point yet though when they are having trouble 'finding my order' lol

    Last time I had an issue with Telstra I spoke to a rep on chat and went around in circles for an hour without getting anything resolved so I asked to escalate the matter and he gave me the link to the official complaint online form. I filled it out and within a couple of days a lady from Telstra rang me and resolved the problem within a day. My problem also was with failure to deliver something promised to me when I signed up. I cannot recommend the complaints team enough.

  • What date did you order? Looks like the cut-off was the 11th and not the 15th that you've quoted…

    I think this is generic for telcos. I went around in circles with optus - each person couldn't get rid of me quick enough - until I lodged a TIO complaint then Victoria Roberts from Optus Complaints sorted things out for me but also tried to rob me of $750 which another TIO complaint sorted out quickly as well! I got what I signed up for PLUS 6 months free cable internet.

    I should clarify:
    By 'Rob' - I mean agree (in writing) to cover costs associated with a disruption to service and then only agree after the costs have been incurred to pay half.
