I tried it out and, they really had added almost $20 to that number. It's a mobile number that I haven't used in ages (Got the new number with the new phone etc). It's very nice of them, but left me confused.
I don't mean to advertise but, I'm with them because I got some good deals for myself and my family, where we don't spend much. So, this really surprised me … I'm not paying that much and I'm getting freebies!? I know a friend who is with the parent company Optus. She gets freebies but then, she pays a fair bit more for her plans …
appreciative but puzzled
It's their way of marketing. Last year I receive $20 credit to my credit card that I'd touch for ages. So I guess they want you to use it more often… to loss control :)
