Cheap Computer Memory Tester Device

I have a bunch (20+) of old memory sticks (SD RAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3) and I'd like to test them (to ensure it is working) before selling them on eBay.

Rather than install old motherboards one-by-one and run memtest app, is there a cheaper solution to test them?

One of the portable devices I found would cost $2000+ (this).

  An alternative is just sell them untested and honour refunds blindly…if people value their time and shipping is cheap.
